1. 我們收集哪些資料
- 帳號資訊：使用 Google 登入時，我們取得你的名稱、電子郵件與大頭貼（由 Google 提供）。我們不會看到或儲存你的密碼。
- 記帳資料：你輸入的消費紀錄、錢包、專案與積分等，儲存在你的裝置上，並同步到你個人的雲端空間（Google Firebase）。
- 照片：使用拍照辨識時，照片會加密傳送到我們的伺服器進行 AI 辨識後回傳結果。我們不儲存你的照片，辨識完即丟棄。
- 廣告識別碼：廣告由 Google AdMob 提供；本 App 設定為僅請求非個人化廣告。
2. 資料如何被保護
- 雲端資料以 Firebase 安全規則保護，只有你本人的帳號能讀寫自己的資料。
- 所有傳輸均使用 HTTPS 加密；AI 金鑰保存在伺服器端，不會存在 App 內。
3. 第三方服務
- Google Firebase（登入與雲端同步）
- Google AdMob（廣告，僅非個人化請求）
- AI 辨識服務（Google Gemini / OpenAI）：僅在你主動拍照辨識時，用於即時處理該張影像，不用於訓練。
我們不出售、也不與第三方分享你的個人資料作行銷用途。
4. 帳戶與資料刪除（Tally Wander 旅人帳）
如何要求刪除帳戶：
會刪除的資料：你的帳戶識別（Google 帳號 Email 與使用者 ID）、記帳紀錄、錢包與幣別設定、儲值與 Pro 狀態、旅遊印記等所有雲端與裝置資料。
保留期限：刪除請求完成後即從正式資料庫移除；加密備份最多保留 30 天後自動清除。法律要求須保留的交易/購買憑證（如稅務需求）依當地法規保存，其餘一律刪除。
5. 兒童隱私
本 App 並非以未滿 13 歲兒童為對象，我們不會刻意收集兒童個人資料。

1. What we collect
- Account info: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile photo (provided by Google). We never see or store your password.
- Expense data: your records, wallets, projects and credits are stored on your device and synced to your personal cloud space (Google Firebase).
- Photos: when you use photo scanning, the image is sent securely to our server for AI recognition and the result is returned. We do not store your photos — they are discarded after processing.
- Advertising ID: ads are served by Google AdMob; this app requests non-personalized ads only.
2. How your data is protected
- Cloud data is protected by Firebase security rules — only your own account can read or write your data.
- All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS; AI keys live server-side and are never shipped inside the app.
3. Third-party services
- Google Firebase (sign-in & cloud sync)
- Google AdMob (ads, non-personalized requests only)
- AI recognition (Google Gemini / OpenAI): used only to process an image you actively scan, in real time; not used for training.
We never sell your personal data, and never share it with third parties for marketing.
4. Account & data deletion (Tally Wander)
How to request account deletion:
- In-app: open Tally Wander → Settings → Data → “Erase all data” to immediately delete your on-device and cloud account data.
- By email: write to travel-wise-ledger@googlegroups.com with the subject “Delete account”; we complete deletion within 30 days.
Data deleted: your account identifiers (Google account email and user ID), expense records, wallet and currency settings, stored-credit and Pro status, travel imprints, and all other cloud and on-device data.
Retention: once processed, data is removed from the live database; encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. Transaction/purchase receipts that must be retained for legal or tax reasons are kept per local law; everything else is deleted.
5. Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
